Spring invites us to shed the old, soften into what’s next, and open ourselves to new growth. The Align & Awaken Retreat was created to help you pause, breathe, and intentionally enter the season with alignment and vitality.
Over four days at Sacred Mountain Ranch, you’ll experience a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, sound healing, equine connection, and somatic grounding practices, each chosen to support your body as it transitions out of winter and into expansiveness.
